Characteristics
Appearance, 25℃: Light yellow or off-white powder or pellets.
Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chloroform and other organic solvents.
Application
DB820 is a non-ionic compound antistatic agent, especially suitable for PE film, pharmaceutical and electronics packaging films. After blowing film, the surface of the film is free of the phenomenon of spray and the oil. It does not affect the transparency and the printing of the film, and it has rapid and lasting antistatic properties, the plastic surface resistance can reach to 108Ω.
Generally this product need to be prepared to certain concentration antistatic masterbatch to combine with blank resin can get a better effect and homogeneity.

Storage
It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some lump and discoloration. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transport, storage.
Shelf life
Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.
