Treating process

exhausting whitening process:

BHL: 0.05-0.8% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1: 30, dyeing temperature: 40°C-100°C; Na₂SO₄:0-10g/l.,start temperature :30°C , heating rate:1-2°C /min, keep the temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30°C –> wash–>dry( 100°C ) –> setting (120°C -150°C )×1-2 min( add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect).

Padding Process:

BHL:0.5-5g/l, residue liquor ratio:100%, one dip and nip –> dry( 100°C )–>setting (120°C -150°C )×1-2 min

Use

Mainly be used as brightener of contton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber ,wool and paper.

It is packed in 50Kgs plastic barrel .
