Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene

This product is an added halogen-free flame retardant, mainly used in PC, PC/ABS resin and PPO, nylon and other products. When it’s used in PC, HPCTP the addition is 8-10%, flame retardant grade up to FV-0. This product also has good flame retardant effect on epoxy resin, EMC, for preparation of large-scale IC packaging. Its flame retardancy is much better than that of traditional phosphor-bromo flame retardant system.

    Applications
    This product is an added halogen-free flame retardant, mainly used in PC、PC/ABS resin and PPO、nylon and other products. When it’s used in PC, HPCTP the addition is 8-10%, flame retardant grade up to FV-0. This product also has good flame retardant effect on epoxy resin, EMC, for preparation of large-scale IC packaging. Its flame retardancy is much better than that of traditional phosphor-bromo flame retardant system. This product can be used for benzoxazine resin glass laminate. When the HPCTP mass fraction is 10%, flame retardant grade up to FV-0. This product can be used in polyethylene. The LOI value of flame retardant polyethylene material can reach 30~33. A flame retardant viscose fiber with oxidation index of 25.3~26.7 can be obtained by adding it to the spinning solution of viscose fiber. It can be used to LED light-emitting diodes, powder coatings, filling materials and polymer materials.
