Usage:

For processing of both exhausting and padding on nylon dyeing and printing

Exhausting processing

DB-16 1-3% and HAC 0.5-1% are added at 40℃, heat up to 60-70℃(heating by 1.5℃.min), keep the temp in 15- 20 min, wash clearly after that

Padding processing

20-25g/l for wet padding or 5-8g/l for dry padding, temp 70℃, PH 4-5, pick-up liquid rate 70-80%. Please make sure to wash clearly all of leveling agent to make better fixing effect.

Package and Storage

The package is 220kgs plastic drums or IBC drum

Stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid the light and high temperature. Keep container closed when not in use.
