Applications:

It has excellent fastness to sublimation,good purity white shade and good whiteness in polyester fiber or fabric.

It is suitable in the polyester fiber ,as well the raw material of making paste form brightening agent in textile dyeing.

Usage

Padding process

Dosage: PF 3～7g/l for pad dyeing process, procedure: one dip one pad( or two dips two pads, pick-up: 70%)  →drying→ stentering(170～190℃30～60seconds).

Dipping process

PF:0.3～0.7%(o.w.f)

liquor ratio:1:10-30

optimum temperature: 100 or 120℃

optimum time :30-60min

PH value:5-11(opt acidity)
