Through the concerted effect of Antioxidant 1076 and Antioxidant 168, the thermal degradation and oxnameization degradation can be effectively inhibited.
AO5057 used in combination with hindered phenols, such as Antioxidant-1135, as an excellent co-stabilizer in polyurethane foams. In the manufacture of flexible polyurethane slabstock foams, core discoloration or scorching results from the exothermic reaction of diisocyanate with polyol and diisocyanate with water.

A multifunctional phenolic antioxidant suitable for stabilization of organic polymers particularly of adhesives, specially Hot Melt Adhesives(HMA) based on unsaturated polymers such as SBS or SIS as well as Solvent Born Adhesives (SBA) based on elastomers(Natural Rubber NR, Chloroprene Rubber CR, SBR, etc) and Water Born Adhesives.
Polyolefin, e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc. Furthermore, it is applied in other polymers such as engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo-and copolymers. It may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.
It can be used in for polyolefine and its polymerized matters, with such features as no color change, low volatility and good resistance to extraction. Especially, it is suitable for matter with large surface area, including polyester fiber and PP fiber, and offers good resistance to light, heat and oxidization.
Antioxidant 1098 is an excellent antioxidant for polyamide fibers, molded articles and films. It can be added prior to polymerization, to protect polymer color properties during manufacturing, shipping or thermal fixation. During the last stages of polymerization or by dry blending on nylon chips, fiber can be protected by incorporating Antioxidant 1098 in the polymer melt.
Antioxidant 1077 is a low viscosity liquid antioxidant that can be used as a stabilizer for a variety of polymer applications. Antioxidant 1077 is an excellent antioxidant for PVC polymerization, in polyols for polyurethane foam manufacturers, ABS emulsion polymerization, LDPE /LLDPE polymerization, hot melt adhesives (SBS, BR, &NBR) and tackifiers, oils and resins. The alkyl chain adds compatibility and solubility to various substrates.
ANTIOXIDANT 1135 is an excellent antioxidant which may be used in variety of polymers. For the stabilization of PV flexible slabstock foams, it prevents the formation of peroxides in the polyol during storage, transport, and further protects against scorching during foaming.
1. This product is a phosphorus-containing hindered phenolic antioxidant with good resistance to extraction. Especially suitable for polyester anti-aging. It is usually added before polycondensation because it is a catalyst for polyester polycondensation.
2. It can also be used as a light stabilizer for polyamides and has an antioxidant effect. It has a synergistic effect with the UV absorber. General dosage is 0.3-1.0.
