It’s used in polylefins (eg. Polyethylene, polypropylene etc.), PU, ABS and communication cable etc. It’s a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant and metal deactivator. It protects polymers against oxidative degradation and metal catalyzed degradation during processing and in enduse applications. This antioxidant also provides long term thermal stabilization properties.
Antioxidant HP136 is particular effect for extrusion processing of Polypropylene at high temperature in extrusion equipment. It could effectively anti-yellowing and protect the material by trapping the carbon and alkyl radical that easily formed in hypoxic condition.
It performs as a better synergist with phenolic antioxidant AO1010 and Phosphite Ester Antioxidant AO168.
Antioxidant DTDTP is a secondary thioester antioxidant for organic polymers that decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides formed by auto-oxidation of polymers. It is an antioxidant for plastics and rubbers and is an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE. It is mainly used in ABS, HIPS PE, PP, polyamides, and polyesters.
Antioxidant DLTDP is a good auxiliary antioxidant and is widely used in polypropylene, polyehylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS rubber and lubricating oil. It can be used in combination with phenolic antioxidants to produce synergistic effect, and to prolong the life of the final products.
DSTDP is a good auxiliary antioxidant and is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS rubber and lubricating oil. It has high-melting and low- volatility. It can be used in combination with phenolic antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers to produce synergistic effect.
